Kutz Fabricating specializes in structural steel components, vessels, tanks, platforms, ladders, skids. Capable of welding a wide variety of materials including aluminum, Inconel and other Super Alloys. Working from customer drawings Kutz has done a wide variety of jobs ranging from steel and alloy oxidizers, industrial furnaces, process skid systems, pump skids, metering skids. Our welders are certified to AWS D1.1, 1.6 and ASME Section IX. Our superior fabricating is supported by an extensive Quality Control program. Our QC team can provide complete Quality Dossiers for all fabrication activities including: MTRs, Weld Procedures, Procedure Qualification Records, Welder Qualification, Weld Maps, Dye Penetrant Testing, Radiography, Ultrasonic Testing, Paint Report, Factory Acceptance Testing Certificate. We have an experienced team that can handle any challenge.
